Intro: Analytics helps you understand how customers interact with your R+ Store Locator and which locations are searched most often. Use these insights to optimize your store coverage, improve visibility, and better serve your customers


Analytics Overview


1. Sync Analytics button

The Sync Analytics button allows you to synchronize analytics data with the database and retrieve the latest information.

Use this button if you want to make sure you're viewing the most up-to-date data.


2. Date selector

Choose the time period for which you want to view analytics data, then click Apply.

This allows you to analyze trends over different time ranges and compare performance.


3. Search Map

The Search Map has two visualization modes:

  • Heatmap β€” Displays search intensity across regions using color density
  • Clusters β€” Groups searches and shows the number of searches in each region

You can switch between these views to better understand search behavior.


4. Top Countries & Top Cities

These sections display the most frequently searched locations, sorted in descending order.

Click Show more to expand and view the full list.


5. Latest Searches

This section shows the most recent search queries from the last 7 days.

  • Nearest Store column displays the closest location found for the search (if available)
  • Helps you understand what customers are currently looking for and identify trends

6. Export Latest Searches

You can export recent search data for the following time periods:

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days
  • 180 days
  • 365 days

Exporting data allows you to analyze searches externally or share insights with your team.
